That origin shaped how we work: confirm scope, communicate clearly, deliver tidily, and document what's been done. Where getting it wrong isn't an option

We didn't start in empty units or low-risk environments. We started in care homes—buildings where people live, staff work around the clock, and every decision needs to stand up to scrutiny.

That foundation shaped our culture: plan work properly, communicate access requirements clearly, deliver tidily in live buildings, and document what was done. It's not about looking impressive—it's about making compliance straightforward.

Today we support wider commercial and managed property, but the mindset is the same: treat every site like it's occupied, and treat every handover like it will be reviewed.
