Overview
A fire door inspection gives you a clear picture of condition, performance and priorities across a building or portfolio. It supports planning, budgeting and evidence-led compliance.
We carry out door-by-door inspections and produce a practical remedial schedule you can action — with reporting structured to suit how your property team manages compliance.
Compliance & reporting
Inspections are completed with reference to Approved Document B and relevant guidance such as BS 8214 where applicable.
Reporting can include a prioritised remedial schedule, photo evidence where appropriate, and outputs structured to support systems such as BORIS when required (non-exclusive).
What’s included
- Door-by-door inspection against key performance and condition checks
- Identification of defects and risk-based priorities
