Overview
Passive fire protection helps slow the spread of fire and smoke through a building — supporting safe escape routes and protecting compartments.
We help property teams identify and remediate passive fire protection defects, deliver compliant installations, and provide clear records to support your compliance duties.
Maximum Maintenance Ltd holds BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Stopping Installation (STD 05b) certification (Cert 1424, expires 11/05/2026).
